I use to go to the hall with this guy whoose job was to test drive and rate various cars. Every week he will have something new and that was generally a high end ride. Everything from BMW's and mercedes to masserati's.

What would it take
by DanTheMan inthis is the famous picture that has been credited with causing a widespread 'crisis of conscience' in the us, and in doing so helped turn the tide of public opinion against the vietnam war.. i think it would take something similarly shocking to awaken most dubs out of their stupor and turn them against their overlords in brooklyn.
it would seem that the un issue, or 607 vs. 587 would be enough.
but these things don't seem to have any shock power with most dubs, as is evidenced by numerous experiences related on this board.. so what would it take?

It is a personal experience that will open peoples eyes. Just today I told my last remaining witnesses friend my reasons for not going. The response was just as I thought it would be a blank look that said so what if 607 was not the year jeruselem was destroyed. So what if the WT$ was a part of the UN. so what if the have changed their policy on blood. Therefore my attitude is so what if all these dunder heads want to continue to follow a man made organization.
The way I see if in 20 years armegedon hasn't come, they will still be wasting there time. If it does come they can be satisfied that god destroyed me. Now the kicker is, if they hope for the latter outcome and see it as their vindication, what does that say about them? -

as many of you know, we have been waiting for over 2 months for any kind of word back from them.
i kept telling my husband, " you would think that they would at least call, and say they haven't forgotten about us, that they are doing the research they promised to do.

to be frank you know the only research they are doing and yes it has nothing to do with 607. they are trying to find a way to discredit you and therefore negate your question (and probably bring something against you.) I find it amazing that the only thing that brings the superfine apostles around is the CO and DO visit when they ask hey whats the deal with sister liberty or bro frosty.

The reason 'it doesn't matter' to most witnesses, is that the WT$ has done such a thorough job of discrediting other religions. When faced with similar evidence against the WT$ the average witness cant help but fall back on the safety net of where will we go. like someone said its the minds way of protecting itself against self destruction.
